Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the use of OwndUp and to the agreement between you and OwndUp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
OwndUp offers smart, shareable lists that warn you in time. You create lists with your own columns, set reminders on expiry dates, share lists with roles and hand over ownership. We continuously develop the service and may add, change or remove features.
Account
You are responsible for the information you enter into your account and for keeping your login details secure. You make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Subscription and cancellation
OwndUp offers two plans: Lite (€7 per month for a single user) and Business (€29 per month for your whole team, with unlimited users). Two fixed amounts, no price per user. You can start with a free trial period. After that the subscription continues until you cancel. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Periods already paid are not refunded pro rata, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Prices and payment
The current prices are listed on our website. All prices are exclusive of VAT. We may adjust prices; we announce changes in advance and they take effect from the next billing period.
Use
You do not use OwndUp for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service or other users. You remain responsible for the content you place in your lists.
Availability
We do our best to keep OwndUp reliable and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. For maintenance or technical reasons the service may be temporarily unavailable.
Liability
OwndUp is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost savings or consequential loss.
Data and privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy statement. Your data is hosted within the EU.
Changes to these terms
We may adjust these terms. We announce important changes in advance. If you continue to use the service after a change, the amended version applies.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of OwndUp. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
