What's the difference between Lite and Business?

Lite is for one person keeping only their own lists, for €7 per month. Sharing isn't possible on Lite. Business is for teams and organizations, with unlimited users for €29 per month. Business adds collaboration: sharing lists with viewers and editors, ownership handover, full continuity, a weekly summary and the live Microsoft 365 connections.

How is the price built up?

Very simple: two fixed amounts. Lite is €7 per month, Business is €29 per month. No tiers and no price per user, so you never have to calculate. Business is for unlimited users (fair use, above 25 on request), so the price stays the same as your team grows.

Do I pay more as my team grows?

No. Business is one fixed amount of €29 per month for your whole team, with unlimited users. Whether you work with five or twenty-five, the price stays the same. Above 25 users we ask you to get in touch briefly for fair use.

Does the backup role cost extra?

No. Naming someone as a backup is free and doesn't count as a user, because a backup can't see or do anything until the moment of takeover. Only when that person actually takes over the account or the organization and starts working with it do they count as a user.

What happens when my trial ends?

You try OwndUp free for 30 days, without a credit card. When the period ends, you choose Lite or Business to continue. Your lists are kept, so you lose nothing.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can switch from Lite to Business or the other way around at any time. The change takes effect immediately and we settle the difference neatly on your next invoice.

What does paying yearly save?

If you choose yearly, you pay ten months and get two for free. That's two months free compared to paying monthly.

Can I cancel monthly?

With a monthly subscription you cancel whenever you want and it ends at the end of the month. You can always export your data before you leave.
