Which plan fits?

Lite is for one person keeping an eye on their own deadlines, with a backup admin who can step in. Business is the moment you work together: shared lists, roles and the live connections to Excel and SharePoint. Continuity is for teams where a missed date is expensive: a stale reminder escalates by itself to your organisation's backup admin and admins, so nothing depends on one person noticing. Pointing a backup admin and the weekly Monday email, by the way, are in every plan.

Questions about pricing

Don't see your question? We're happy to think along with you.

Lite is for one person keeping their own lists, €19 per month, no sharing. Business is for a team up to 25 users, €49 per month: shared lists with viewers and editors, ownership handover and the live Microsoft 365 connections. Continuity is €99 per month and adds automatic escalation for when a missed date is expensive: a reminder left unhandled is warned on by itself, to your backup admin and your admins, with unlimited users. Pointing a backup admin who can take over, tasks and the weekly Monday email are in every plan.
Flat amounts, no per-user math. Lite is €19 per month, Business €49 (up to 25 users) and Continuity €99 (unlimited users). No tiers and no price per user, so you never have to calculate.
Business is one flat amount of €49 per month for up to 25 users, so the price stays the same whether you're five or twenty-five. Need more than 25 users, or automatic escalation to your backup admin and your admins? Move up to Continuity (€99, unlimited users) or ask us for a tailored quote.
No. Naming someone as a backup is free and doesn't count as a user, because a backup can't see or do anything until the moment of takeover. Only when that person actually takes over the account or the organization and starts working with it do they count as a user.
A user is someone who logs in to OwndUp: you and the colleagues you share lists with. The people you keep track of, like technicians with a certificate or colleagues with a permit, don't count and don't need an account. The backup role is free and doesn't count either. So a company of thirty-five people with a handful of list managers still fits within Business up to 25 users.
You try OwndUp free for 30 days, without a credit card. When the period ends, you choose Lite, Business or Continuity to continue. Your lists are kept, so you lose nothing.
Absolutely. You can move between Lite, Business and Continuity at any time. The change takes effect immediately and we settle the difference neatly on your next invoice.
If you choose yearly, you pay ten months and get two for free. That's two months free compared to paying monthly.
With a monthly subscription you cancel whenever you want and it ends at the end of the month. You can always export your data before you leave.
Yes. Tasks and recurring maintenance work on every plan, including Lite for yourself. Assigning a task to a colleague works once you have a team: Lite is for one person, so there is no one else to assign to. From Business up you work as a team and assign a task to anyone in your organisation; that person gets the nudge and sees the task on their own Tasks page, even without access to the list.
