OwndUp is built for ops, facilities, finance, HR and IT leads at growing companies (10 to 500 people) who've outgrown the asset spreadsheet but don't want enterprise software. If you track devices, software, keys, cards, contracts, or anything else that needs a named owner, you're in scope.
Spreadsheets work until they don't — usually around 20 people and 100 tools. OwndUp enforces one accountable owner per item, blocks offboarding until everything is reassigned, sends renewal reminders automatically, and keeps a tamper-evident audit trail. No formulas to maintain.
All data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt and Amsterdam) on infrastructure that meets GDPR requirements. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.
Yes. Our Compliance Autopilot maps your data to specific NIS2 Article 21 clauses and produces an auditor-ready evidence pack on demand. We cover the asset-management, change-of-custody, audit-trail, leaver-removal, and periodic-review clauses.
Yes. Bulk Import accepts CSV (and your spreadsheet columns map to OwndUp fields in a guided flow). Most teams migrate their first hundred items in under 20 minutes.
30 days, Growth-tier features unlocked, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can pick a plan or downgrade — your data stays.
You open their user record, click "Start offboarding," and OwndUp shows every item they own. Offboarding cannot be completed until each item has a new accepted owner. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Yes. All plans include Microsoft 365 directory sync. New hires appear automatically, leavers are flagged for offboarding, and group membership is captured for licence accounting.

Anytime. Export the full ledger to Excel from any view, and admins can download a complete GDPR/portability ZIP from Settings. Your data is always yours.
On a monthly plan you can cancel anytime. On an annual plan you're committed for the year, but you can cancel within 14 days of paying for a no-questions-asked refund. During the free trial nothing is charged.
