Questions about Excel and OneDrive

Does OwndUp change my Excel file?

No. When you import, OwndUp reads your file and builds a new list from it, and your original stays as it is. When you link an Excel in OneDrive, OwndUp reads it as a read-only mirror and never writes back.

Can I get a reminder from a date in my spreadsheet?

Yes, that is the whole point. Put a reminder on any date column and OwndUp warns you in time by email and in the app, for example 30 days before the date. A spreadsheet on its own can't do that.

Can I export back to Excel later?

Yes. You can export a single list or everything at once as a backup, any time. Your data is never locked in.
